Bio

I was born in China and did my undergraduate study in Nanjing University, majoring in Physics. Then I went to study a master program in National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (Beijing), Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on research regarding organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). After graduating from CAS, I started my PhD study in Cambridge University, supervised by Prof. Henning Sirringhaus. My research in PhD was mainly about using scanning Kelvin probe microscopy to study the device physics in OFETs. Now I work as a postdoc in Prof. Nguyen’s group.

Research

My current research is about developing the organic ratchet devices and understanding the device physics in them.
